PERRYSBURG - Peter Jacewski 74, died Thurs-day, November 29, 2012 at Bertrand Chaffee Hospital in Springville, NY.
He was born October 11, 1938 in Alden, NY.
He was preceded in death by his mother Anna Jacewski.
Funeral services will be held Monday, December 3, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. at Hills Funeral Chapel, 255 Aldrich Street, Gowanda, NY. Kathy Slattery of Grief Response will be officiating. Burial will be in the Jolls Cemetery in Perrysburg.
Visitation will be held at the funeral chapel on Monday from 10-11 AM.
