Alinah Rose Bretl of Arkwright and Alex Dibble of Cassadaga were united in marriage at 4 p.m. on Sept. 21, 2012, at Our Mother of Good Counsel in Blasdell. The double-ring ceremony was performed by Father Robert Orlowski.
The bride is the daughter of Frederick and Teresa Bretl of Arkwright. The groom is the son of Scot and Vanessa Dibble of Cassadaga.
Scripture readings were done by the bride's aunt and godmother, Jessica Kryswicki of Chicago, Ill., and Joel Dibble, brother of the groom. Prayers were read by Katrinah Bretl, sister of bride.

The bride was escorted down the aisle by her father. She wore a strapless Galina signature gown with a beaded flower bodice. It had an organza over satin, fit-and-flare silhouette style, featuring a swirl skirt chapel train. She carried a bouquet of ivory, lavender and sangria colored hydrangeas.
Serving as maid of honor was Rebekah Bretl of Arkwright, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Katherine Dale of Rockledge, Fla., cousin of the bride; Julie Marello of Rochester, cousin of the bride; and junior bridesmaid Katrinah Bretl of Arkwright, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids wore sangria-colored satin cocktail dresses with a "y" style neckline and carried hydrangea bouquets in sangria, burnt orange and light green colors.
Serving as best man was Joel Dibble of Amherst, brother of the groom. Groomsmen were Jeremiah Bretl of Buffalo, brother of the bride, and Adam Dibble of Rochester, brother of the groom.
The reception followed the ceremony at La Galleria in Orchard Park.
The bride is a 2005 graduate of Cassadaga Valley and 2011 graduate of SUNY Geneseo with a bachelor's degree in childhood education and a master's degree in reading literacy. The groom is a 2005 graduate of Cassadaga Valley and a 2011 graduate of Alfred State with a bachelor's degree in construction management. He is currently employed as a project engineer for Le Chase Construction Co.
The couple took their honeymoon in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico, and currently reside in Rochester.
