Mr. and Mrs. Michael O'Connor of Houston, Texas, announce the engagement of their daughter, Stephanie Lynn O'Connor, to Ryan Matthew Harrington, son of Patricia Harrington of Mayville and Michael Harrington of Westfield. The groom-elect is also the grandson of Pauline Baron of Jamestown.
The bride-to-be graduated from the University of Texas with a bachelor of arts degree in biology and UT-Southwestern with a master's degree in physical therapy. She is a physical therapist at Texas Children's Hospital, Houston, Texas.
Her fiance graduated from Allegheny College with a bachelor of science degree in chemistry and the University of Texas with a doctorate in organic chemistry. He is a senior research chemist with Nalco Corporation in Sugarland, Texas.
