Realtors receive awards

Paul Liuzzo of Eagle Sales Realty and Sharon Lisciandro of Century 21 Turner Brokers, have been named 2012 Realtor and Realtor-Associate of the Year, respectively, by Chautauqua County Board of Realtors, Inc. Recipients are selected by their peers based on involvement in the real estate industry at local, state and national levels, civic activity, and business accomplishments, conduct and service to clients.

Liuzzo has been a member for 25 years, dedicated to his career and community service beginning with real estate sales and became a broker to start running the family business. He pursued his appraisal certification and soon became a real estate appraiser. He has served as a director of the board as well as on the MLS Committee and grievance committee. Currently Paul is on the Board of Directors and the MLS Committee. Paul is active in the community as well. He serves on the tax grievance panel and is a founding instructor for the Infinity music program.

Lisciandro has been a member of Chautauqua County Board of Realtors since March, 2006. She has been a member of the membership committee and currently serving as 2012 co-chair. In addition to her real estate service, she has been involved in CRECHE, Lakewood Women's Club, youth soccer coach, AIDS Community Service, Chautauqua Yacht Club and active volunteer at the SS Peter and Paul Church.
