Taglianetti could be back in county within a week

December 10, 2012
The OBSERVER

District Attorney David W. Foley announced that Anthony R. Taglianetti did not file for a Writ of Habeas Corpus in Prince William County, Virginia, making him eligible for immediate return to New York to answer to the charge of Murder in the Second for the September shooting of Clymer Superintendent Keith Reed.

The District Attorney indicates that authorities have until Jan. 4 to retrieve and return Taglianetti to New York, but anticipates that they will be travelling to Virginia within the week.
