Rhea Williams and Joseph Nelson, along with their families, announce their engagement.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Michael and Marie Williams of Windsor, N.Y. She is a 2006 graduate of Windsor High School, a 2010 graduate of SUNY Fredonia, and is currently attending SUNY Fredonia for a master's degree in curriculum and instruction. She is a teacher at Sinclairville Elementary School.
Her fiance is the son of Donna and Jeff Lee of Fredonia. He graduated from Fredonia High School in 2004. He attended JCC and is a 2008 graduate of SUNY Fredonia. He is currently employed by Double A Vineyards in Fredonia.
