On Thursday, Dunkirk police concluded a three-month investigation into crack cocaine sales by arresting two individuals.

Around 6:30 p.m., members of the city of Dunkirk Police Department, the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force and New York State Parole executed a search warrant at 634 Main St. in the city of Dunkirk. A search warrant had been issued earlier in the day by Dunkirk City Court Judge Walter Drag.

Entry into the building was made without incident. Located inside the residence were Amber Duman-Alequin, 35, of the residence, and Lorenzo A. Terry, 45, of Rochester. Officers had arrest warrants for both subjects for charges of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance. Both were taken to the city of Dunkirk jail and arraigned on Friday and sent to the Chautauqua County jail.
