Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office

RIPLEY - John D. Howser, 44, of Ripley was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and speeding on Dec. 14. Just before 9 p.m. Howser was stopped for going 50 mph in a 35 mph zone on East Sidehill Road in the town of Ripley. A computer check revealed Howser's license was suspended in January for failure to pay child support. Howser was released on an appearance ticket.

New York State Police at Collins

BRANT - Nancy Jimerson, 28, of Irving was charged with driving while intoxicated on Dec. 9. Troopers stopped Jimerson on Routes 438 and 20 in Irving for failure to stop at a stop sign. Jimerson smelled of intoxicants and failed field sobriety tests. She was processed at Collins barracks with a reported blood alcohol content of .16. She was released on her own recognizance to appear in Brant Town Court.

Silver Creek Village Court

David M. Carver, 23, of Depew, was arraigned for speeding and aggravated unlicensed operation. His case was adjourned to January.

Toni M. Elfman, 38, of Fredonia, was arraigned for driving while intoxicated. She was released on her own recognizance and returns to court in February.

Christopher A. Perry, 27, of Forestville, was arraigned for aggravated unlicensed operation. He will return to court in February.

Amanda B. Weber, 24, of Dunkirk, was arraigned for aggravated unlicensed operation and will appear in court in February.
