A diesel spill had to be cleaned up Tuesday on Stegelske Street in the city just before 9 p.m. According to officials, East Dunkirk Fire Department, Dunkirk Fire Department and the Hazmat team responded to the spill caused by a saddle tank rupturing on a tractor trailer.
