Mayville man charged following crash
SHERMAN - Jared Sundlov, 23, of Mayville was charged with driving while intoxicated and leaving the scene of a property damage accident on Sunday.
Troopers observed a vehicle on Route 430 that had been wrecked and abandoned. Investigation revealed Sundlov had driven the vehicle allegedly while intoxicated, exited the roadway and fled the scene.
Sundlov was arrested and transported to the barracks in Jamestown.
Troopers said he provided a breath sample and was found to have a blood alcohol content level of .15. He was released to a sober individual and will appear in the Town of Sherman Court at a later date.
New York State Police at Fredonia
SHERIDAN - Frank Andrzejewski, 32, of Silver Creek was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana on Saturday.
At 10 p.m. troopers stopped Andrzejewski for an inadequate exhaust on Route 5 in the town of Sheridan. During the traffic stop, he was allegedly found to be in possession of marijuana. He was released on an appearance ticket for the Town of Sheridan Court.
SHERIDAN - John R. Kawski, 39, was charged with speeding and driving while intoxicated on Saturday.
Kawski was stopped on Route 5 in the town of Sheridan Saturday morning for speeding. Kawski failed field sobriety tests. He was transferred to the barracks in Fredonia. He was released on an appearance ticket for the Town of Sheridan Court.
