Fredonia Police Department
James P. Cunningham, 20, of Fairport was charged with trespassing on Dec. 16. Police responded to a report of a male entering a house on Water Street at 2:54 a.m. Police arrived and found Cunningham at a residence nearby. He stated he walked into the wrong house looking for his friend. He was released on $100 bail.
Matthew J. Beauregard, 18, of Orchard Park and Jordan D. Ott, 18, of Camelot Drive were charged with second-degree obstruction on Dec. 16. Police observed a group of males on Canadaway Street discharge a fire extinguisher. When police stopped the group, all members ran away. Beauregard and Ott were later caught running. A third male who was holding the fire extinguisher was not caught. Beauregard was found to be in possession of marijuana and charged with an additional charge of unlawful possession of marijuana. Both males were released on $250 bail.
Gregory M. Faso, 37, of Liberty Street was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and leaving the scene of a property damage accident on Dec. 18. Police responded to an accident on Liberty Street at 6 p.m. involving a parked vehicle and the second vehicle had left the scene. Investigation led police to Faso and his vehicle at his residence. He was released on appearance tickets.
Mallory M. McCoy, 23, of Temple Street was charged with driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 or more, illegal signal, failure to use headlights with window wipers, changing lane when hazardous and failure to keep right on Dec. 20. At 2:46 a.m. police observed a vehicle operated by McCoy with no headlights traveling on West Main Street. Police then observed this vehicle cross the yellow line and turn on to Chestnut Street without using a signal. McCoy appeared intoxicated and failed several sobriety tests. She was found to have a BAC of .15. She was released on her own recognizance to appear in court at a later date.
