The Spa on the Avenue is proud to announce that Angela Kehr has completed course work to obtain her Certified Master Pedicure (CMP) designation.
This intense course offered by the North American School of Pedicuring was conducted by Donald W. Green BSc Pod., at the Goldwell Educational Center in Rochester. The course emphasized the European style pedicuring technique focusing on bracing techniques for ingrown toenails, general foot problems, specialty treatments, skin and nail disorders, hygiene, disinfection and sterilization, as well as foot anatomy, structure, and gait. It also thoroughly covered preventative measures for diabetic clients. Kehr is the daughter of Jody Koch-Bailen, CMP, BSc Pod., has her cosmetology license and is working toward completion of a BSc in Podology to further her knowledge in foot care for the aging and diabetic population in our area.
