Dunkirk Free Library hours to change in 2013
The Dunkirk Free Library will be operating under new hours in the New Year. The new hours will go into effect on Jan. 2, 2013. They are as follows:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Tuesday, Thursday 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Saturday 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Rubbish collection
Dunkirk City Hall will be closed on Tuesday, Jan. 1 in observance of New Year's Day.
There will be no rubbish pick-up that day. Rubbish collection for the holiday week will be the day following the normal collection day.
