State Police at Collins
BRANT - On Dec. 16, troopers charged Ryan Rodriguez, 20, of Cayuga Road with unlawful possession of marijuana.
Troopers stopped Rodriguez for reportedly speeding on Cayuga Road. They allegedly found him in possession of a glass pipe with marijuana in it and a small baggie containing marijuana.
Rodriguez is scheduled for the Town of Brant Court at a later date.
PERRYSBURG - On Thursday, troopers charged Michael Anderson, 40, of East Fourth Street in Jamestown with third-degree criminal trespass, possession of burglar's tools and unlawful possession of marijuana.
Troopers found him at about 7 a.m. walking down Peck Hill Road. His car was reported to be illegally parked around 6:30 a.m. on Lincoln Avenue, hindering a snowplow.
Anderson was reportedly coming from the J.N. Adam complex carrying a gym bag containing tools commonly used for scrapping metal.
He was processed at the Collins barracks and released with appearance tickets and traffic tickets. He was directed to appear in the Town of Perrysburg Court on Jan. 10.
LAWTONS - On Saturday, troopers charged Peter Renaldo, 21, of Shirley Road in North Collins for driving while intoxicated.
Troopers responded to a call of a car off the road on Quaker Road. When they arrived, troopers found Renaldo's pickup in a ditch. Renaldo was subsequently charged with DWI and processed at the state police barracks in Collins. Renaldo's blood alcohol content was reported to be .10 percent. He is due in the Town of North Collins Court at a later date.

NORTH HARMONY - No tickets were issued after Spencer Smith, 19, of Sherman, was involved in a motor vehicle accident Thursday.
Smith was operating his vehicle eastbound on Sherman-Stedman Road when he lost control of his vehicle going around a curve due to unsafe speed and slippery conditions. Smith went off the north side of the road where the vehicle rolled once and came to rest on its wheels against a tree.
Neither Smith nor his three passengers were injured in the accident.
