A city of Dunkirk man has been charged following an armed robbery that occurred on Christmas Eve.
Jose R. Rivera-Romero, 29, of 105 King St. was charged with first-degree felony robbery on Friday. An arrest warrant was issued by Judge John Kuzdale.
Rivera-Romero allegedly robbed another city man while armed with a gun on Lincoln Avenue. Rivera-Romero is currently being held in the Chautauqua County Jail on $75,000 cash or $150,000 property bail.
