City fight report leads to drug charges

Three city residents are facing drug charges after police were called to a fight near 200 S. Beaver St. around 2:37 a.m. today.

Dunkirk police report Justin T. Schuk, 31, Jordyn P. Plaza, 22, and Fred A. Santiago, 24, were charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony, second-degree criminal possession of marijuana, a felony, and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor.

All three were occupants in a vehicle where a quantity of suspected marijuana, crack and powder cocaine was observed by officers and seized. Plaza was charged with two additional counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance after a narcotic pill and additional crack was found in his possession during booking.
