The Dunkirk-Fredonia Steelers one one game this week and dropped one game, during Western New York High School Club Hockey League action, as they routed Niagara Catholic, 12-0 on Wednesday and lost to Lake Shore-Eden, 6-3, on Friday.
In the win over Niagara Catholic, Connor Graves had four goals while Andy Ellis and Alex Michalak each had two goals and an assist. Also scoring goals for Dunkirk-Fredonia were Kevin Gainey (two assists), Matt Sheridan (assist) and Dylan Munson (assist). Recording assists for the Steelers were Bret St. George (two), Mike Paridis (three) and Matt Szalkowski (two).
Carson Rafan earned the shut out between the pipes for Dunkirk-Fredonia.
In the loss to Lake Shore-Eden, Michalak (assist), Dean Campese and Munson all had goals while Jacob Majka picked up an assist. Rafan was the losing goalie.
