GERRY - The Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office is investigating a single car accident that left a Jamestown man deceased Friday night.
Deputies are investigating the crash that occurred at 11:11 p.m. on Route 60 in the town of Gerry. Aaron Hartman, 48, of Jamestown was traveling on Route 60 when his vehicle left the road and struck a tree.
Hartman was taken to WCA Hospital where he was later pronounced dead. Police believe he may have suffered a medical emergency that caused the accident. The accident remains under investigation.
