The Hott-Shot Senior Cheerleading Team recently earned first place in their division and captured the Grand Champion Trophy at the annual Battle of the Winter Break Cheerleading and Dance Championships held at Dunkirk High School. The event hosted 45 teams and was sponsored by the Cheer*Starz Cheerleading Program.
The Hott-Shot team earned their winning score performing synchronized tumbling passes and aerial stunts. The team demonstrated their strong dance technique and athletic jumping abilities to outscore their opponents. The team is coached by Kayleigh Hobbs and Jenna Mansfield.
The Hott-Shot Senior Cheerleading team also competed at the SUNY Fredonia annual Blue Devils Cheerleading and Dance Championships held at Steele Hall Jan. 27.
