WESTFIELD - Jackilyn (Jackie) M. Swanson, 69, of Westfield, died Tuesday (February 12, 2013) peacefully at home with her family at her side.
She was born November 29, 1943 in Bradford, PA the daughter of the late Wayne and Ellen Tenpas Murdock.
Jackie had been a supervisor at Better Baked Foods in Westfield for 22 years.

She loved her grand kids, and enjoyed sewing, reading, and playing bingo.
She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Lawrence E. Swanson; two daughters, Rhonda Hancock, and Kim Charette; one son Lonnie Swanson; eight grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; a brother Dale (Marla) Murdock; a sister Lois "Corky" De Golier, and a sister in-law Jackie Murdock.
She was preceded in death by her father, Wayne Murdock; her mother, Ellen Murdock Clute; grandson, Daniel Battin; two nieces, Ginger Murdock, and Sheri Murdock.
The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday in the Freay Funeral Home in Mayville. Rev. William Leslie, chaplain with Hospice Chautauqua County will officiate. Burial will be in the North Harmony Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home.
