City Resident Paul Turley, 47, was arrested in Arizona Friday after fleeing from court proceedings on Jan. 23. He was convicted in abstencia for sexual abuse and sexual conduct with a child.
Turley and his wife Diane were found at a mobile home near Tuscon. Diane was charged with felony obstruction after being found as an accomplice in her husband's escape from justice.
Both were taken to court and will be held in Arizona until extradited back to Niagara County.
