Editor, OBSERVER:
In regard to the automated phone calls from the CSEA on the County Home, I received a call on Feb. 25 even though I am on the national Do Not Call registry. So the statement from Lynn Miller, communications specialist for the CSEA Western Region Office, about being within the law is obviously incorrect.
