Ashley Dawn Babcock and Mark William Raymond were united in marriage on Sept. 8, 2012 at 4 p.m. in a doulbe-ring candlelit ceremony at the Dunkirk Moose Lodge. Pastor Kenneth Pratt from the Cherry Creek Assembly of God Church officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Ron and Nancy Babcock of Sinclairville. The groom is the son of William J. Raymond of Dunkirk and Sherry Raymond of Fredonia.
The bride was escorted by her father. She wore a floor-length white halter top gown trimmed with lace and embroidery. She wore a tiara and mid-length veil. Her bouquet consisted of white, red, yellow and orange roses.

The bride's attendants were friend and coworker Belinda Carlson of Mayville, who served as maid of honor; cousin of the bride Stacy Weiner of Lancaster; and longtime friend Angel Swift of Jamestown. The ladies wore long navy blue dresses decorated with embroidery. Samantha Grace Tabone of Fredonia, cousin of the groom, served as flower girl.
The groom was attended by longtime friend Jon McCune, formerly of Fredonia, who served as best man; Randy Raymond of Dunkirk, brother of the groom; and Dean Timmerman of Silver Creek, friend of the groom. Steven Raymond of Frewsburg, cousin of the groom, served as ring bearer.
A reception at the Dunkirk Moose Club followed the ceremony.
The bride is a 2007 graduate of Cassadaga Valley High School. She is currently employed as a PCA at Brooks Memorial Hospital.
The groom is a 2006 graduate of Fredonia High School. He is currently employed as a bridge repair assistant for the New York State Department of Transportation.
The couple vacationed in Las Vegas for their honeymoon and returned to their home in Fredonia.
