Average retail gasoline prices in Rochester have fallen 1.4 cents per gallon in the past week, averaging $3.91/g Sunday, according to GasBuddy's daily survey of 319 gas outlets in Rochester.
This compares with the national average that has fallen 3.2 cents per gallon in the last week to $3.66/g.
