Blessed Mary Angela Ladies Society
The Ladies Society of Blessed Mary Angela Parish met Tuesday at the Social Center.
President Carol Schiller opened the meeting with an offering of prayer.
A brief meeting followed with reports given by Secretary Jenny Naruszewicz, Treasurer Joan Zielinski and Financial Secretary Dorothy Sarzyniak.
The Ladies Society made a monetary gift to the Catholic Charities appeal and a donation for flowers to adorn the churches for the Easter Holiday.
Dessert was served from a table covered with a green cloth and white lace overlay. A fresh shamrock plant was centered on the table, flanked by green candles in crystal holders.
The officers of the society served on the refreshment committee.
A raffle was held and money prizes were awarded. Naruszewicz won the plant.
