Sara Marie Blankenberg and Zachary Kasperek were united in marriage on Saturday, March 2, 2013 at the Lamb of God Lutheran Church in Las Vegas, Nev. Pastor Mose Henny officiated the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Paul and Suzanne Blankenberg of Silver Creek.
The groom is the son of Mike and Anne Kasperek, also of Silver Creek.

The bride wore a fitted, strapless, ivory, satin gown with a flared skirt and embellished ribbon detail. In her bouquet of Calla lilies, hydrangeas, orchids and delphinium, she carried a rosary belonging to her grandmother, Diana Seegert, that was blessed by the Pope.
The bride was attended by her sister Jenna Blankenburg, who served as maid of honor and escorted her down the aisle; and her new sister-in-law Shannon Kasperek as bridesmaid. They wore semi-formal royal blue satin dresses and carried Calla lilies.
The groom was attended by his brother Nathaniel Kasperek, who served as best man; and by friend Nick Fagerstrom, who served as groomsman.
The ceremony was followed by an elegant dinner reception at Caesar's Palace.
The bride is a 2008 graduate of Silver Creek High School and a graduate of Erie Community College with a degree in radiologic oncology. She is employed as a technician.
The groom is also a 2008 graduate of Silver Creek High School and is currently a U.S. Air Force airman crew chief, stationed at Nellis AFB in Las Vegas, Nev.
The newlyweds live in Las Vegas, Nev.
