Falconer woman charged with DWI
She was transported to state police barracks in Jamestown where the breath sample she provided was reported at .12 percent. She was processed, issued tickets returnable to the Town of Ellicott Court and released to a sober individual.
At midnight on Friday, Thomas M. Pereira was charged for possessing an open container of alcohol.
Officers report he was observed with an open container of alcohol. He was issued an appearance ticket.
On Friday at 8:30 p.m., Matthew Sandberg, 31, of Westbrook, Conn., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and speed in zone.
A Westfield officer who was on patrol reportedly observed a vehicle westbound on Main Street in the village traveling at a high rate of speed. The officer also reported that he found Sandberg's license to operate a motor vehicle in New York was suspended.
Sandberg is scheduled to appear in the Village of Westfield Court.
On Friday at about 10 p.m., Carl Walker, 48, of Knox, Pa., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, unlicensed operator, failure to keep right, and failure to maintain lane.
An officer was on patrol on Academy Street where he reported observing a southbound vehicle cross the center yellow line and the white hazard marking several times. According to the officer, further investigation showed that Walker's privileges to operate a motor vehicle in New York state were suspended.
Walker is scheduled to appear in Westfield Court.

POMFRET - Deputies Thursday charged Shaun Scriven, 32, of Dunkirk with driving while intoxicated and speeding in zone.
Scriven was the operator of a vehicle stopped at about 10:48 p.m. for reportedly speeding on Webster Road.
Scriven was released with traffic tickets and is to appear in the Town of Pomfret Court.
HANOVER - Sunday at 2 a.m., Michael Gajkow-ski, 31, of 1357 Pontiac Road in Angola was charged with second-degree unlicensed operation.
He was stopped for failing to keep right on Routes 5 and 20. Officers report his driver's license is revoked for a driving while intoxicated conviction. He was issued tickets to appear in the Town of Hanover Court.
ELLERY - Saturday at 3:40 a.m., Charles T. Glenn, 21, was charged with driving while intoxicated, blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher, refusing a pre-screen breath test, failure to reduce speed on a curve and failure to keep right.
Deputies responded to a report of a single vehicle crash on Salisbury Road. Reportedly Glenn was traveling west when he failed to reduce speed on a curve and lost control of his vehicle. He crossed over the opposing lane and rolled his vehicle onto its side. The vehicle came to rest against a street sign post.
Emergency Medical Services personnel from the Ellery Center and Maple Springs Fire Departments checked Glenn who refused treatment and transport. Deputies allege that Glenn failed sobriety tests and refused a pre-screen breath test at the scene of the accident.
Glenn was released to appear in the Town of Ellery Court.
