Ed Tofil earned his first tour victory of the season by shooting the low round of 81 at South Hills Country Club in Jamestown. Tofil had the low front nine score of 39 and his back nine 42 was matched by Butch Mackowiak and Jeff Kubera. Jack Griswold was the B Flight winner. The winner of the Commissioner's Award was Doug Newman.
Untied birdies were recorded by: A Flight: Tofil (No. 7), Mackowiak (No. 8), Pete Gawron (Nos. 9 and 18), Mike Willoughby (No. 10) and Kubera (No. 13); B Flight: Griswold (No. 1), Dave Franklin (Nos. 2 and 11), John Waterman (Nos. 5 and 6), Pat Weaver (Nos. 8, 16 and 17) and Newman (No. 10). Closest to the pin were Tofil (No. 4), Kubera (No. 13) and Franklin (No. 15). Top point winners were Kubera (15), Franklin (13) and Tofil, Gawron and Weaver (10 each). Season points leaders: 1) Tofil (38), 2) Ken Kaus (29), 3) Weaver (21), 4) Franklin, Newman and Willoughby (18 each).
Next week the league travels to Blueberry Hill Golf Course in Russell, Pa. Tee-off is at 10 a.m. Golfers should contact Butch Mackowiak at 679-4027 by Monday.
Tuesday Night Men's League - The Tuesday Night Men's League will begin play on April 30. First tee time will be 4 p.m.

Sugar Hill Golf Course
Wednesday Night Open Golf League - The league will start Wednesday May 1. Tee times starting at 4:30 p.m. The League is open to anyone interested.

Southern Tier Bills Booster Club
The Southern Tier Bills Booster Club will hold a general meeting on Sunday at the Kosciuszko Club starting at 2 p.m.
