MAYVILLE - District Attorney David W. Foley announced the following pleas and sentences before the Honorable John T. Ward in Chautauqua County Court:

PORTLAND - Michael Dimmer, 56, of Fredonia, was charged Sunday with driving while intoxicated common law, DWI per se with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or higher, failure to keep right and driving too slowly after a traffic stop on Route 20.
Around 1 a.m. deputies observed Dimmer's vehicle swerving over the center line several times and impede traffic with his slow speed.
Dimmer was pulled over and issued tickets to appear in the Portland Town Court at a later date.
CHAUTAUQUA - Douglas A. Swan, 45, of Chautauqua, was charged Monday with second-degree criminal contempt after he allegedly violated an order of protection.
Swan was arraigned in the Chautauqua Town Court and was released on his own recognizance.
PORTLAND - Keith Danler, 29, of Westfield, was charged Sunday with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se, moved from lane unsafely and drove across hazard markings after a traffic stop on Route 20.
Deputies stopped Danler around 2:30 a.m. for swerving saveral times. He was allegedly found to be intoxicated and was issued tickets to appear in the Portland Town Court at a later date.
