The Chadwick Bay Garden Club held its annual spring banquet at the Buster Brown Bean Company in Fredonia.
Co-owner and head chef David Culver graciously opened his restaurant to accommodate the club. He worked with Club President Rose Ann Falcone to create a special menu for the event which included panko crusted haddock, penne pasta caprese and fresh salmon.
A highlight of the evening was the installation of new officers for the 2013-2014 year. The officers are Brenda Hennessey, president; Pat Sysol, treasurer; Lisa Penharlow, recording and corresponding secretary; and Kathy Damiano, chaplain.
