Owners and staff of the White Inn were joined recently for a ribbon cutting at the inn's new restaurant, Squire's Table.
Innkeepers Jeff and Melanie Gambino said the transition to the new in-house operated restaurant, which opened at the beginning of May, has been doing well.
"We really appreciate the community's support," Melanie said. "The public has really turned out and the support has been even greater than we expected."

Inn Keepers Melanie and Jeff Gambino (front, center) were joined by their children, Fredonia Mayor Stephen Keefe (back row, center), White Inn and Squire’s Table staff and the Fredonia Chamber of Commerce for a ribbon cutting celebrating the opening of Squire’s Table restaurant at the inn.
Jeff said the biggest changes at the inn are now Squire's Table offers breakfast every day beginning at 7 a.m. and room service is now available for all rooms. He said they continue to offer sushi night on Thursday and Friday and fish fry on Fridays as well as adding a prime rib night on Saturdays. He said they have expanded the previous menu to include more steak and seafood dishes and is more accommodating to families with a new kids menu.
The Innkeepers said the change is a step toward reviving the old glory of the White Inn.
"We want to take the inn back to the glory days of years past," Jeff added.
