City woman charged with possession
GERRY - On Friday, Melissa S. Pasquale, 18, of Park Avenue in Dunkirk was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
She was stopped by a state trooper on State Route 60 for reportedly speeding. Allegedly a trooper found she possessed a plastic baggie with less than 25 grams of marijuana.
Pasquale was issued an appearance ticket.
Domestic dispute results in felony charge
CHERRY CREEK - Michael Priest, 35, of Southside Avenue was charged Saturday with third-degree criminal mischief, criminal obstruction of breathing and harassment.
Troopers were flagged down by a female resident of Southside Avenue who reported Priest, her boyfriend, had entered into a physical altercation with her during which he destroyed over $1000 in property, struck her in the head and choked her.
Priest was taken into custody, processed at state police barracks in Jamestown and arraigned in the Town of Cherry Creek Court. He was remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash or $10,000 property bond.

SILVER CREEK - Ian T. Ward, 21, of Silver Creek, was charged Wednesday with two counts of second-degree menacing. Deputies responded to an incident at Ward's residence at 1:52 a.m. It is alleged Ward had become involved in a verbal altercation with family members at which time he displayed a 12-gauge shotgun and was still in possession of the weapon when he was taken into custody. He was arraigned in Silver Creek Court and sent to the Chautauqua County Jail.
HANOVER - A 17-year-old Buffalo female was charged Wednesday with un-lawful possession of marijuana. At 12:15 a.m., she was a passenger in a vehicle stopped on Route 5/20. She was allegedly found to be in possession of marijuana and a marijuana pipe. She was released on appearance tickets.
HANOVER - Isaac P. Mallette-Lloyd, 27, of Cass-adaga, was charged Wednesday with unlawfully dealing with a child, unlawful possession of marijuana and having an open container in a motor vehicle. At 12:15 a.m., deputies stopped a vehicle on Route 5/20 for an equipment violation. Deputies found Mallette-Lloyd, a passenger in the car, had allegedly supplied alcohol to a female youth in the vehicle. He was also allegedly found to be in possession of an open container and marijuana. He was released on appearance tickets.
NORTH HARMONY - Matthew W. Chapman, 26, of Mayville, was charged Thursday with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and operating a vehicle with less than two headlights. At 12:53 a.m., deputies stopped Chap-man's vehicle on Route 394 for having less than two working headlights. During the stop, it was allegedly found Chapman's licensed had been suspended. He was released on an appearance ticket.
