Fredonia 18, Westfield 4 - Karim Levins and Nick Pchelka each had three hits to lead Fredonia over Westfield.
Pchelka had two doubles while Levins and Brayden Myers also doubled in back of winning pitcher Jake Davis, who scattered four singles. Eli McKelvey and Davis both singled twice.
For Westfield, Trevor Hudson had two singles while Brock Schuster and Evan Hauser had the other hits.
Brocton 12, Chautauqua Lake 1 - Hunter Rizzo and Matt Landon held Chautauqua Lake to two singles in leading Brocton to victory. Riley Rivera doubled and singled while Devin Rizzo added a double in the win.
Kyler Majka and Hunter Dearing had the hits for Chautauqua Lake.
Hanover 8, Dunkirk 4 - Stephen Romanik's two-run triple led Hanover to victory over Dunkirk while winning pitcher Hayden Perryman, Alex Bogosian and Nik Stalker hit safely in the win.
Pat Muldowney and Troy Lanski both singled to lead Dunkirk's offense.
Fredonia 11-12-Year-Old Softball All-Stars
The Fredonia 11-12-Year-Old softball all-star team will compete for the New York State Little League softball title this coming week in Riverhead Long Island. The girls open the pool-play tournament on Wednesday against Islip at 2 p.m.
JCC Basketball Camps
Jamestown Community College will hold a basketball camp for boys aged 8 to 15 beginning today and running through July 11. Camp will begin at 8 a.m. and run until noon each day. The cost is $95.
Camp directors will include George Sisson and Brian Hodgson.
There will also be a girls' basketball camp from July 15 through July 18, from 8 a.m. until noon each day. The cost is $95. Sisson will direct the girls' camp.
Both camps will be held at the PHED at JCC.

Program Begins Today
The Gowanda Recreation Department will begin its six-week summer program today at St. John Park. The program will run Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. until 2 p.m. There is no cost to attend the program except for optional field trips. A free breakfast and lunch is served each day. All parents/guardians who missed the pre-registration on July 3 can still sign up their children on July 8. Call the Recreation Office at 532-3431 for more information.
Cassadaga Valley Midget Football will be holding registration for players and cheerleaders Tuesday from 6-8 p.m., at the Sinclairville Elementary Soccer Fields. Registration fee is $50 for one player and $75 for two; or $80 for families with three or more athletes.
Players and cheerleaders must turn 9 by Dec. 1, and cannot turn 14 prior to Aug. 1. Copies of birth certificates are needed at sign ups.
Springboard Diving Camp
Fredonia State will conduct a springboard diving beginning today and running through July 12 at the Steele Hall Natatorium. All interested divers aged 6-18 will be accepted.
The camp will emphasize proper entries into the water, approaches, somersaults and twists. A trampoline with spotting belt and dryboard pit are among the apparatus used by the participants.

Old First Night Run/Walk/Swim at Chautauqua Institution
The Chautauqua Sports Club at Chautauqua Institution will hold the Old First Night Run/Walk/Swim at the complex Saturday, Aug. 3 at 9 a.m. A $25 donation serves as the entry fee and includes a T-shirt as well as age group awards in 10-year brackets. Joy Golf Tournament Moved to Gowanda CC
The Russell J. Joy Memorial Golf Tournament to benefit TLC Health Network has switched locations and will be played at Gowanda Country Club, 2623 Brown Street, Collins on Wednesday, August 28. Registration is set for 11 a.m. and tee-off is set for noon.
