City home entries being investigated

August 29, 2013
The OBSERVER

The Dunkirk Police Department is investigating several entries to homes that occurred today in the 200 block of King Street between the hours of 4 and 6 a.m. In two incidents, items from the property were placed below a window to aid the perpetrators in climbing through the window, although both of those owners were home at the time. Police are reminding residents to lock all doors and windows in their homes and report any suspicious activity or persons by calling the department at 366-2266.
