Mother allegedly sneaks drugs to son in prison

Laurie A. Schrecengost, 44, of Celoron was charged with first-degree promoting prison contraband, third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance. Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office alleges Laurie passed contraband to her son, Kevin W. Schrecengost, 25, of Celoron who is a current inmate. It is alleged she passed two morphine sulfate pills, two Xanax pills and two oxycodone pills to her son.
