JCC awards degrees to local residents

In August, the Jamestown and Cattaraugus County campuses of Jamestown Community College awarded degrees and certificates. High honors is defined as 3.50-3.99 GPA and honors means a GPA of 3.25-3.49. The following local students were awarded degrees or certificates: Dunkirk: Theresa Keppel (Certificate-Medical Office Technology), Javier Pagan (A.A.S. Individual Studies), Shannon Pagan (A.A.S. Business-Business Administration); Fredonia: Brandon Tweedie (A.S. Criminal Justice); Mayville: Melissa Leymeister (A.S. Liberal Arts & Sciences: Mathematics & Science-High Honors); Ripley: Daniel Anderson (A.S. Individual Studies-Honors); Sinclairville: Alyssa Stockhausen (A.S. Media Arts-Honors); and Westfield: Denise Connolly (A.A.S. Nursing-High Honors).
