LAKEWOOD, - Last month, Stacy Thompson of Randolph was announced as the lucky winner of the Bemus Bay Pops summer boat raffle. Tickets were sold throughout the summer with proceeds to benefit the Bemus Bay Pops and Chautauqua Lake Association.
"Ms. Thompson had the choice of taking a brand new 2013 Crownline 21SS boat or $20,000 in cash," said Dan Dalpra, owner of the Italian Fisherman and founder/CEO of the Bemus Bay Pops. "Needless to say, she is now the proud owner of a new boat," he said. The winning ticket was drawn at the Aquapopsaloza event on the floating stage beside the Italian Fisherman in Bemus Point. The event was the finale of a summer-long entertainment schedule that took place on the stage.
