Elaine L. (Brown) Robinson died suddenly at St. Vincent's Hospital in Erie, PA on November 28, 2013 following her courageous battle with acute leukemia. She resided in East Springfield, PA with her two daughters, Madison Bailey and Dyshai Robinson.
Elaine was born on December 6, 1978, in Jamestown, NY to Richard D. Brown, Sr. and Gladys Little. She was a very caring and warm person who thoroughly enjoyed spending time with her children and the rest of her family. Picnics were her favorite times for family celebrations. She also enjoyed Bingo and was an avid fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers and NASCAR.
She would have graduated on November 15, 2013 from the Fortis Institute in Erie, PA as a certified nursing assistant. However, she wasn't destined to achieve her dream.
Besides her father, mother and her two daughters living at home, Elaine is also survived by her three other children, Phyllis, Charlotte and Sharon Bailey of Springfield, NY, her brother Richard (Kerri) Brown, Jr., sister, Melainia (Gary) McLamb and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Debra Brown.
Elaine's service will be held at her family's burial plot in Quincy Cemetery, Ripley, NY on Saturday, December 7, 2013 at 11 a.m. with the Pastor Donald Eggleston officiating.
