Timothy Banach, 55, of Berry Road, Fredonia, was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater, consumption of alcohol within a vehicle, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and speed in a school zone on Dec. 14.

According to an accident report, around 1:15 p.m., Maria Hernandez, 40, of East Second Street was traveling westbound on East Second Street with the traffic signal at the intersection with Main Street in her favor. Curtis was traveling northbound on Main Street and allegedly slid into the intersection and failed to stop for the traffic light that was red for her.
Larry Casey, 23, of Park Avenue was charged with resisting arrest, two counts of obstruction and unlawful possession of marijuana on Wednesday.
Jonathan Rodriguez, 27, of Webster Street was charged with forcible touching and second-degree sexual abuse on Thursday.
Andre McQuiggan, 17, of Townsend Street was charged with obstruction of breathing on Thursday.
Edward Perez Masonet, 27, of Dunkirk was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance on Thursday.

SILVER CREEK - Richard Kniese, 55, of Dunkirk was charged with second-degree aggravated harassment on Tuesday. The charge is a result of an investigation into an incident on Dec. 15. Kniese allegedly called a business and left an offensive message on the answering machine. He will appear in Silver Creek Village Court at a later date.
