A small delivery pickup truck lost control in slippery road conditions on Fredonia-Stockton Road in the town of Pomfret Monday. According to the New York State Police at Fredonia, at 1:55 p.m., Joel Moser, 21, of Dunkirk was traveling northbound on Fredonia-Stockton Road near Cummings Road and encountered ice on the road while he was navigating a corner. The truck went off the shoulder of the road and rolled over a few times until it came to rest on its wheels in a grassy field adjacent to the road.
