After Santa has made his way back to the North Pole and another Christmas has gone off with a bang, customers have rushed back for after Christmas shopping.
Now is the time for customers to use their Christmas gift cards or return and exchange gifts. The stores are all ready and happy to help.
Peebles Store Manager Lynda Saez said she is happy to help customers who want to "exchange their Christmas presents for a new size or style" and she loves when a customer walks out with a "big smile on their face."

Peebles Sales Associate Judy Denison said she really enjoys shopping at Peebles during the after Christmas Sales and looked forward to shopping after her shift Thursday.
Saez said they are having an after Christmas Sale until Dec. 30. They are offering 60 percent off select items and an extra 20 percent off clearance items. Some high ticket items are sweaters, vests, and other winter clothes.
"I love it when customers come in and buy for themselves," she said. "I am always surprised at how many customers come in and buy presents for themselves, but I love that and think everyone should buy themselves a Christmas present."
Saez said Peebles sold a lot of coffee makers and boots for Christmas.
"We have a lot of people who come in to shop for New Year's," she said. "Customers will buy shoes, jewelry, and clothes to get ready for their New Year's parties."
Saez said a lot of customers came in during the bad weather too.
"People get sick of being indoors so they come out to the stores during the bad weather and do some holiday shopping," she said. "There are more and more people coming to Peebles to see what we have."
Radio Shack Store Manager Evan Eddy said they are having an after Christmas sale until Dec. 31. Radio Shack is offering an extra 25 percent off for clearance items.
"Our most popular items are Samsung TVs, Kindle tablets, and toy helicopters," he said. "Customers love to buy the TVs and tablets the most."
Eddy said if customers want to return an item they purchased from Black Friday to Christmas, they can return them and get a full refund up until Jan. 25. The items need to be like new and re-saleable.
"Customers like to do after-Christmas shopping here for next Christmas and Easter presents," he said. "They love to save money."
JC Penney Store Manager Kevin Gavin said he loves to make it as easy as he can for the customers.
"We make it as easy as possible for the customers," he said. "If they have a gift receipt it makes it much easier."
Gavin said if customers want to exchange or return a gift and they have a gift receipt they get the money credited to JC Penney, cash back, or charged back to credit cards. If they come in without the receipt JC Penney will still help them with the return.
Gavin said the high ticket items were fleece pants, hoodies, sweaters, slippers and fuzzy socks. The JC Penney after Christmas sale till New Year's offers 40 percent to 50 percent off selected outerwear and heavy weight items. "Customers love to buy the outerwear and heavy weight items right now," he said. "We have great deals on all our outerwear; due to the weather people really want something warm.
"I am very pleased and very excited at how well business has been this season," he said. "The snow has helped keep locals wanting to stay close to do all their shopping and it also made it look like a real Christmas this year."
Gavin said a lot of customers came in Thursday morning with their gift cards to buy items they need. Many of their customers exchange gifts on New Year's so the store will be open 11 to 5 p.m. on New Year's Day.
"People buy what they need with their Christmas gift cards, so we sell a lot of socks, underwear, jeans and some new fashions too," he said.
Many stores did really well this year despite the bad weather and managers all hope to do well again next year.
