The Fredonia Hillbillies (7-3, 4-0) took care of business at home in a big way Monday with a 76-29 win over CCAA West I opponent Southwestern.
The Hillbillies jumped out to a 43-11 lead at half time and took a 49-point lead into the final quarter.
Sophomore Pat Moore led the Hillbilly offense with 19 points in the win. Moore, who is typically the first guard off the bench, got the start Monday in place of an absent John Piper and made the most of the opportunity. He also added five assists and five steals along the way.

The Hillbilly offense hit a total of six 3-pointers in the game with Eric Jabot and Moore each making two.
Dylan Meyer had 14 points and five assists. Cody Cunningham added 10 points and Noah Voss had eight rebounds.
Jack Carlson led Southwestern with nine points in the loss.
"We played really good defense and we scored 43 points in the first half," Fredonia coach Greg Lauer said. "We really seemed to be clicking and got a lot of fast-break layups. (On defense) we pressed them and played our normal man-to-man. Starting with the Silver Creek game we have really turned it up a notch. Hopefully we that can help us to push through our league."
Fredonia will play next at Maple Grove on Wednesday before hosting Falconer-Frewsburg on Friday.
