As this winter seems to drag on forever, the Westfield Memorial Hospital Regional Auxiliary thought it might be a good idea to host another soup supper to lift community spirits and warm bodies. The event will be held Wednesday, March 12 at the First Presbyterian Church in Westfield from 5-7 p.m.
The menu will feature 15 delicious homemade soups prepared by the WMH Auxiliary Board members. Those attending may try one or all - and fill up your bowl as often as you like. Members guarantee that no one will leave hungry. To round out the meal, there will be bread, a beverage and, of course, homemade pie for dessert.
The cost of this "chill-chasing" meal is $7 for adults, $3 for children and $20 per family. All proceeds will benefit the Auxiliary's ongoing projects at WMH.
