Ted Frazeur

Ted Frazeur, 84, of Fredonia died Tuesday, March 25, 2014. A veteran of the United States Army, he served at Fort Riley, Kansas as Creative Director of the U.S. Army Band. He was a graduate of the Eastman School of Music. Ted was a prolific composer and educator in the employ of Fredonia State University College. He was a world traveler, an avid skier, a skilled fisherman, and possessed a great love of animals. He was preceded in death by his wife, Joyce, and is survived by his four children, Staci, Gisele, Gibbs and Tamer; and five grandchildren. The Theodore Frazeur Memorial Reception will be open to the public from 2pm until 3:30pm on Saturday March 29th in Diers Hall at SUNY Fredonia. In lieu of flowers, gifts should be directed to the Frazeur Percussion Scholarship at the Fredonia College Foundation.
