Chautauqua County Historical Society Trustees Bob Johnston, left, and John Wolfe set up an exhibit to generate interest in an upcoming book and paper show and sale, sponsored by and benefiting the society. The event will be held 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, May 3, at Eason Hall, 23 Elm St., Westfield. Admission is $5, $3 for students, and free for children 12 and under accompanied by an adult. Johnston is show chairman and Wolfe is curator of the McClurg Museum, home of the society and its collections. Those interested in items such as antiquarian books, ephemera, postcards, trade cards and historic documents can learn more online at The preview display can be seen through April 28 at Prendergast Library, 509 Cherry St., Jamestown.
