Keynote speaker: Sarah Ramirez, Ph.D. Dr. Ramirez is a community-engaged health educator and researcher, and co-Founder of California's "BeHealthy Tulare."

Student performances will be given by the Fredonia Wind Ensemble in morning and Fredonia Wind Symphony in afternoon, under the direction of Dr. Paula Holcomb. The Fredonia Chamber Choir, under the direction of Dr. Gerald Gray, will perform, "Share the Stars (Ignorant Before the Heavens of My Life)," a work composed by School of Music Director Karl Boelter. The national anthem will be performed at both ceremonies by Gabrielle A. Mason, of Scotia.
