WESTFIELD - A West-field man allegedly threw another individual off a porch on Saturday.
According to the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office, Shawn M. Cettell, 26, of East Main Street was charged with second-degree harassment and two counts of disorderly conduct.
Deputies responded to a mobile home park in the town of Westfield for an alleged harassment complaint where Cettell allegedly grabbed an individual and threw him off a porch.
Deputies, during their investigation, observed Cettell allegedly urinate on a public roadway and yell obscene and vulgar language in the presence of other residents.
He was arraigned in Chautauqua Town Court due to no Westfield judge being available.
Cettell was sent to the Chautauqua County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash or $2,000 property. He will appear in Westfield Town Court.

CHAUTAUQUA - Tashara Rhoades, 27, of Russell, Pa., was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI with a .08 percent or higher blood alcohol content and speed in zone on Sunday.
Around 2 a.m., deputies reportedly stopped a vehicle for speeding on McKay Road. An investigation found the operator of the vehicle, Rhoades, was allegedly intoxicated.
Rhoades was arrested and subsequently released to appear in Chautauqua Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.

HANOVER - Kevin Dement, 48, of Farnham, was taken into custody as a fugitive from justice on May 6 after a traffic stop on Routes 5 and 20 for not wearing a seatbelt. A computer check revealed an outstanding bench warrant from Delaware County Court in Pennsylvania for a driving while intoxicated charge. Dement was also allegedly found in possession of 5.5 grams of marijuana and was subsequently charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. He was arraigned in Hanover Town Court and sent to the Chautauqua County Jail pending extradition to Pennsylvania.
COLLINS - William Printup, 25, of Lawtons, was charged Wednesday with two counts of petit larceny after he reportedly stole money on two occasions from the cash register at a gas station where he was employed. Surveillance cameras in the store reportedly showed Printup taking the money. He was processed at the Collins barracks and will appear in Collins Town Court at a later date.
