Cathy Young has worked well with the city in the past. Now We will see how well the new adminisration does with her. Andy Goodell is still in the early stages of his office. We have to wait and see with him.
I think WNY is represented well. Its the poisonous atmosphere in Albany that spoils it. Something like a mob mentality takes over and representatives feel like they're fighting the crowd from NYC.
I think that possibly most people don't understand the wording of the question. Cathy and Andy, as well as Joe Giglio, do a great job of representing the area. There is a major problem with the downstate representation and how it relates to us.

I take the question to be the ones we elect from our area/districts as they can only do so much

Cathy and Goodell are quality people even though Cathy did vote yes for the stimulus buy out. I'll chalk that up as a mulligan.
