Heenan’s 4, Kosciuszko Club 3 — Tim Thexton, Jeff Huyck, Larry Klajbor and Jeff Jamieson all scored in the win for Heenan’s, with assists going to Tom Block, Bob Traska, Joe Crino and Huyck. Gary Shain was the winning goalie.
Scoring for the Kosciuszko Club were Ken Pacos, Frank Leonard and Adam Woelfle. Assists were credited to Alex Ruggiero, Fred Backert, Pacos and Woelfle. Brandon Smith suffered the loss between the pipes.
Lakeview Shock 6, Beaver Club 2 — Joe Harris scored the hat trick to help Lakeview Shock to the win.
Bryan McCoy, Matt Polvino and Keith Mages also scored for Lakeview Shock while Dan Gornikiewicz (2), Dan Prittie, Jim Azzarella, Chris Spellburg, McCoy and Mages all had assists. Nate Williams picked up the win in net.
Tony Manzella scored both goals for the Beaver Club, with assists going to Ed Paluch, Carl Abrams and Dave Newman. Shane Rudolph suffered the loss in goal for the Beaver Club.

Family Martial Arts Program
Family Martial Arts Center has teamed up with the Dunkirk City Recreation and Child Advocacy Program to offer a free karate and development program.
The free classes begin Tuesday, Jan. 2. Pre-registration will be held that day prior to the first class, which begins at 5:30 p.m.
Tuesday’s class runs from 5:30-7 p.m. with Wednesday’s class scheduled for 6-7 p.m. The final class will be held Saturday, Jan. 7 and run from 9:30-10:45 a.m.
There will also be a parent/guardian development presentation on Tuesday, Jan. 2 at 5:30 p.m.
