League of Women Voters of Chautauqua County reading of “The Declaration of Sentiments,” Event calls attention to the rights the suffragists agitated for in the long struggle to win the vote. Noon in front of Fredonia Village Hall, 1 p.m. at Dunkirk Municipal building.
